Shipping
Product dispatch takes 1-3 days after successful order.
Parcel dispatched through India Post or courier, your order status will be notified through email given at the time of billing.
All the orders takes 8-10 days to deliver after dispatch date. Please make sure that you have inserted complete address of delivery location for the in-time delivery.
Cancellation & Refund
Product once sold is not returnable except following conditions.
On Udyojak Mitra Cancellation of order is not allowed after 2 days from the date of order. Order can be cancelled only within Two days of order.
After delivery of Product, if product is damaged then only Return allowed. Returns can be initiated online. Simply log into My Account, navigate to the My Orders section, select your order and click on returns.
Once the process for return has been initiated, we request our logistic partners to arrange for a pick-up from your door step. They will get in touch with you and get the item picked up. Please keep the item properly packed in a packet and do mention the order number/invoice number on top of the packet for ease of process.
Return only applicable to products which are delivered in damaged condition. If the product is not damaged, Return will not be possible. Please make sure that you have taken a proper shooting while opening of parcel for further proof.
After delivery please make sure you have taken proper video shooting while opening the package. Please make it clear that if there is no shooting there is no Return..
Return Request must be initiated within 24 hours of Delivery.
Refund
After cancellation of order payment will be deposited to your account within 10 days of request.
In the case of return, payment will be deposited to Udyojak Mitra wallet after 10 days of product received by our Collection center. You can use money for your next purchase.
